Refunds
- At our server, we offer in-game items and currency available for purchase through voluntary donations.
- These donations help support the maintenance, development, and continued operation of the server.
- In certain cases, players also have the option to exchange in-game currency back into real-world money, subject to specific conditions.
- Please carefully review our refund and withdrawal policy below:
Refunds for In-Game Purchases
- Donations made to our server for In-Game items, cosmetics, or other virtual goods are considered final and non-refundable.
- By making a donation, you acknowledge that you are receiving virtual items or benefits that do not have a real-world monetary value.
- And are not transferable outside the Game environment, its probihited to sell virtual items or coins for cash (Real Money Trade).
- Refunds will not be provided for these purchases, except as outlined in the exceptions section.
Exceptions - Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- Unauthorized transactions (such as fraud or account hacking) must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction for investigation.
- If the claim is validated, the funds may be refunded, and the associated items or currency will be removed from the account;
- Technical errors, where the user does not receive the purchased in-Game items or currency after the donation is processed.
- In such cases items not received after donation, we will either provide the items/currency or refund the donation.
Chargebacks and Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback or dispute through a payment processor without first contacting DRAGON MU to resolve the issue is a violation of our terms.
- Chargebacks will result in an immediate suspension or permanent ban from the server, please make sure you really want to play at this server before donate.
- If you believe a transaction was made in error or was unauthorized, please contact our support team at Discord before initiating a dispute.
Digital Nature of Purchases and Currency
- All in-game items and donator currency provided by DRAGON MU are digital and do not have a physical form.
- Once delivered, they cannot be "returned" or exchanged for real-world currency, used only in Game environment
Changes to Refund and Withdrawal Policy
- DRAGON MU reserves the right to modify this refund and withdrawal policy at any time.
- Any changes will be communicated through our website or directly within the game platform or Discord channel.
